At Mart Out, we are committed to delivering your order quickly and efficiently throughout the United States with FREE SHIPPING on all orders.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. During peak periods or high order volume, processing may occasionally take longer.
Shipping & Estimated Delivery Time
- Free Shipping is automatically applied to all orders within the United States.
- Once processed, orders are handed over to our shipping carrier.
- Estimated total delivery time: 5–7 business days from the date of order placement (this includes processing time + transit time).
- Most orders arrive within this window, but actual delivery times may vary based on your location, the shipping carrier’s schedule, and external factors.
Important Note: Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. They are based on average transit times and may be affected by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier delays or high shipping volume
- Federal holidays
- Address verification issues
- Unforeseen events
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment via the carrier’s website.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are fully responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. Mart Out is not liable for delays, additional shipping charges (if any arise due to address issues), or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses, missing apartment numbers, incorrect ZIP codes, or other customer-provided errors.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
- If your package shows as delayed or lost according to the tracking information, please contact our customer support team promptly.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
- For lost packages confirmed by the carrier, we will either reship the order or issue a refund at our discretion, in accordance with our return policy.

Return & Refund
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
